1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or video)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used or opened

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours

  • Damage occurs due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged on arrival)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process it after product inspection

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

4. Payment Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Online payment refunds will be sent back to the original payment method (where applicable)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error (damaged or wrong product)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

  • Once dispatched, refunds are not possible unless eligible under this policy
