For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Online payment refunds will be sent back to the original payment method (where applicable)
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error (damaged or wrong product)
6. Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
