1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased on sale or special discount (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Share order number, clear images/video of the issue

  • Our team will review and guide you through the process

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed

  • Refunds are issued according to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
